Although the topic demands a core knowledge of Computer Science I will share my views using simple to understand concepts and ideas which will enhance your overall knowledge.

There is no doubt that artificial intelligence is the future of the human race.
Today we see a lot of applications based on Artificial Intelligence. For example, chatbots, autonomous cars, robotic systems, etc.
Many big companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon has already adopted ai revolution. Voice assistants like google assistant, Amazon Alexa, Siri uses the principles of AI to communicate with its users, providing them with a valuable form of information.
In autonomous cars, the AI concept of computer vision helps to control the path of moving car.
The day is not far away when even specialized jobs in various fields like medicine, law, teaching etc will also be taken up by the computer applications based on AI.
Already we see a lot of virtual doctor apps that assist every patient to avail the best service of an AI doctor to get treated with the best possible advice on medical issues.
And of course, Apart from all of this, even AI algorithms are helping the company businesses to grow at an unimaginable way based on the statistical data that they have. Machine learning concepts are applicable to it.
Future of human race is not limited to the domain of earth but flourishes beyond our solar system as well and to implement all these AI systems is of great aid.
We cannot imagine any progress or advancement in the field of technology without AI.
However, some people do believe that AI-based systems will overtake humanity in all aspects and will one day destroy mankind. I don’t think this idea has any practical base because humans are the only ones who have created AI and they know how and when to unplug this technology. There can always be a reset or stop button which can be implemented there and then in the AI systems to secure mankind from the threat of ai based self-evolving systems.
So, the future is AI and we all should perceive this.
