Right from ancient times, humans wanted to attain immortality and conquer death. Today we are living in a golden era of technology in which anything is possible.
There have been many biotech and pharmacy companies which are working to cure aging which is now considered as a pathological condition of human body.
However there are many social dilemmas which has to be considered before attaining any breakthrough in the field of medical science with respect to aging. For instance how will we handle large population of humans with less number of resources if everyone would be immortal.
Still, there have been many clinical trials which are under process to find that magic dose of anti-aging drug which can finally make humans immortal.
Just imagine a time when we all will live forever along with our loved ones till eternity. It may seems a dream now but who knows if this would turn into a reality in the future.
So the big question is how to attain Immortality, well it can be achieved via digitally or biologically. The digital way is to upload your consciousness on a computer.
The biological cell is the basic unit of life. If our cells are healthy so are we. I personally believe cell theory is the base to find any revolutionary technology related to immortality.
The anti-aging drug would be that which will be able to rejuvenate cells in our body.
Logically if cellular waste would be cleaned from our body we still would attain longevity but to some limit if not forever.
As the topic of this blog post is very vast, In future I will try to throw light on other ideas related to immortality in my future blog posts.
