Today everyone wants to be happy and no one wants to be sad. To attain happiness people do many things like some spend time with family and friends whereas other go for tours and travels. Still few people do not feel happy. So how to achieve eternal happiness, well the answer to this question lies in the vicinity of our minds.
We humans are made of many biological processes. Whatever we do in our daily life is the result of thoughts that come in our mind. The source of those thoughts is brain. Some scientists believe that it is the neurological activities of brain cells which propels some to stay happy or others to be sad. The outside environment also plays a major role in triggering any particular emotional state in our life. If we are experiencing something good then definitely we feel happy.
I believe Meditation is the key to achieve eternal happiness. When one do meditation then mind achieves a relaxed state. Also when we help others then we feel good so everyone should think that whole world is like a big family and we all humans are linked with each other thus should have a compassionate feeling for every living soul of our mother planet.
If we talk scientifically, there are some specific chemicals in the brain which justify the state of happiness.
At last, I would like to conclude by saying that Happiness is the innate feeling of every human and one should stay happy in order to be more productive in the work and life. The efforts have to be made personally by everyone in order to attain eternal happiness which is linked with the source of everything i.e. God.
